Together with Patrycja Piekutowska, the Virtuosa Foundation and Colliers we cordially invite you to the 6th Charity Concert "Great Artists to Little Patients". The concert will take place on 23/11/22 at 7:30 p.m. in the Atrium of the Senator building, Bielańska 12 Street in Warsaw.
The concert will be conducted by the initiator of the whole event, a wonderful violinist - Patrycja Piekutowska who you will be able to hear in the tango "Oblivion" by Astor Piazzolla.
The star of the concert will be Szymon Komasa, baritone, great stage personality, currently a soloist of the Vienna Opera. Interestingly, Szymon will sing one song - "On the whole swathe snow" - together with his twin sister - Mary Komasa who will come to the concert especially from Berlin.
The magnificent Jerzy Semkow Polish Sinfonia Iuventus Orchestra will perform on stage thanks to which the most famous baryta arias will sound.
The evening will end with the icing on the cake, i.e. "Boléro" by Maurice Ravel!

At last weekend Okam Capital and Central House supported golfers during the XX Championship of the Royal Golf Club in Wilanów!
We’re very happy to have been one of the sponsors of a charity tournament at Sand Valley Golf Resort. Thanks to that we can support The Human Safety Net foundation.
The tournament was attended by 104 participants who played a total of 55 birdies all the weekend. They collected 16 500 PLN which will go entirely to the foundation's account for rescuing newborns with cerebral hypoxia.
Each of the sponsors of the event was assigned a hole number for the game - Nearest To the Pin. OKAM belonged to the lucky 10!
All participants of the tournament received a thermal bottle from us in the starter package. We heard that the gift worked brilliantly on these hot days!

On April 7, 2022, a traditional topping out was placed on the CENTRLA HOUSE building.
This is our largest single-stage investment, which will ultimately include approx. 480 apartments. It is also the first OKAM project created entirely in accordance with the New Quality Policy focused on eco-solutions. Each premises will be equipped with an air purifier, photovoltaic panels will be installed on the premises. The undoubted advantages of the investment include the roof garden, as well as two internal courtyards. In this project, we place particular emphasis on the comfort and well-being of tenants, which is why we made sure that the investment area had not only a sauna or a gym, but also a bicycle and electric vehicle rental, and even a specially prepared zone for the resident.
The next stage will be finishing works inside the buildings. FineTech Construction is the general contractor of the investment. Completion of the project and the first commissioning are planned for the turn of 2022 and 2023.
On June 7, OKAM together with CENTRAL HOUSE and BOHEMA will take part in an extraordinary event which is a continuation of the concerts initiated by Mrs. Patrycja Piekutowska for the Institute "Monument - Children's Health Center".

OKAM has just signed a contract with FineTech Construction for the construction of the CENTRAL HOUSE residential investment at Domaniewska street in Warsaw.
The agreement provides that a building with a total area of 51,560 sq m will be built on a plot of 10,213 sq m with 474 apartments (in two stages) on 9 floors and 540 parking spaces in a 2-level underground garage, as well as parking spaces for guests on the ground floor, outside. Construction works have just started and the completion of the entire project is planned for the fourth quarter of 2022.
- CENTRAL HOUSE is an expression of an innovative approach to housing on the Polish market and the first project that we implement under the New Quality Policy. In the heart of the Mokotów business district, a well-thought-out project will be created using high-quality building materials and pro-ecological solutions that will be introduced as standard, e.g. electric vehicle and bicycle rental for the exclusive use of residents, air purifiers in each apartment, solar panels, car charging points, etc. We also take care of the space to relax, therefore we have planned the resident's premises with a meeting space, fitness room and sauna, an internal green patio in two versions (for children and for adults), and a public terrace approx. 220 sq m on the roof of the building. - says Arie Koren, CEO of OKAM.
The comfort of the apartment will be guaranteed by bright interiors with high, 2-meter windows. An additional convenience will be great flexibility in the design of the living space and the possibility of separating an additional room. Some of the premises will also have roof terraces.
The convenience of living in CENTRAL HOUSE will also be created by the surrounding shops, restaurants and small service points that are part of the perfectly functioning urban infrastructure of Mokotów.
The foundation operates less than a year and on the wallpaper they already have a dozen or so projects in progress, besides 2 opera concerts in which OKAM oraz CENTRAL HOUSE had the pleasure to participate and all to help children from the Memorial Institute of the Children's Health Center.
The icing on the cake at the end of this year during the meeting summarizing the foundation's activities (19/12) was the concert of Patrycja Piekutowska, who led all guests through selected cities around the world. It was a must for OKAM to be there ... what else to add, we were very touched ...

During the press conference on air pollution organized by PHILIPS, we told why OKAM got involved in the fight against SMOG and research on it, how we fight it, what was the idea of the New Quality Policy and what it assumes, etc.
The topic of the conference is very popular, over 40 journalists took part in it. What more could we say? Our health / life is the most important. We are glad that the residents of CENTRAL HOUSE and INSPIRE projects will be able to breathe fresh air thanks to PHILIPS air purifiers.
We tried to answer these and other questions during the conference within the Polish Housing Market Forum, which on 22/10/2019 took place in Hilton hotel as part of the topic "Is silence and clean air included in the price of a flat? How do housing developers fight smog and noise emissions? ":

A wide range of apartments has been prepared for clients under the CENTRAL HOUSE, BOHEMA and INSPIRE projects. And all in the fresh air zone thanks to our partner PHILIPS and an air purifier, which ultimately will be equipped with all apartments in CENTRAL HOUSE and INSPIRE.
Already this month, the headquarter of OKAM and the CENTRAL HOUSE & INSPIRE sales offices have been equipped with fresh air zones in the form of purifiers, which thanks to cooperation with PHILIPS under the New Quality Policy we have the pleasure to test, present, breathe and of course enjoy ... Does smog harm children? We answered this question at a press conference on 01/10/2019 presenting the results of the latest study carried out together with the Medical University of Warsaw and the Warsaw University of Technology. On this day, in addition to announcing the results of the competition under the RENAULT EASY CITY - Design the Future, was the only opportunity to see the autonomous car, which was presented for the first time in Poland.

This weekend at the EXPO Fair on Prądzyńskiego street on Wola district we are starting the semi-formal pre-sale of stage II of BOHEMA, so-called Szwedzka C: 264 apartments in four buildings.

In a group of about 23 journalists from the real estate industry, health and beauty and lifestyle, OKAM and PHILIPS representatives and also dr. hab. n. med. 20/09 we officially closed the realisation of MOKKA and VISTA. This does not mean, however, that we move out of Mokotów. During the event, we announced another project: CENTRAL HOUSE. And everything with the sounds of beautiful songs played by Mrs. Patrycja Piekutowska, a violinist recognized in the world and also the resident of VISTA.
Small and big residents from Vista will be able to meet on gossip, football games or during eg kinder parties because the zone of the inhabitant has already been officially presented and opened. The first meeting of tenants took place on 27/09.
